Here's our first ever VST plug-in design - Taliesin's the name, Effect is the game. It's useful for modifying a sound intuitively, can be pretty good at injecting some life into old drum loops, and for farting around with generally. This is version 2, with added panning, and support for Midi controllers. Click on the pic (>) to download the zipfile (798Kb), then unzip both the .dll file and the .dat file into your VST folder. This is Freeware constructed using the excellent Synthedit . |

Mab
was inspired originally by the old Electro Harmonics guitar effects
pedals, on which you could mix your signal with an oscillator and an
envelope. I've extended the idea by including Delay, Flanger and Distortion
options, along with a filter, any of which can be ring modulated with
an oscillator & envelope for some truly fascinating results. There's
a huge variation of signal paths to try, but without the intimidating
